MACCE Elects 2011 Officers
Annapolis, MD (February 4 2011) – The Maryland Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (MACCE) elected its 2011 officers during its December meeting. The new leadership team includes:
- President: Claire Louder, President & CEO of West Anne Arundel County Chamber
- Vice President: Ken Gould, Executive Director of Charles County Chamber
- Secretary: Laura Mayse, Executive Director of Cecil County Chamber
- Treasurer: Kathy Snyder, CCE, President & CEO of Maryland Chamber
- At Large: Al Silverstein, President & CEO of Talbot Chamber
- Immediate Past President: Jane Redicker, President & CEO of Greater Silver Spring Chamber
“I am delighted to have such high caliber chamber executives join me in advancing the chamber profession in Maryland this year,” Louder said. “MACCE helps our colleagues expand their knowledge and experience so that we can better help our members grow despite the economy. Every business should join their local chamber.”
MACCE is the professional development organization for chamber executives in the state and provides quarterly meetings that focus on management and leadership issues. Approximately 35 chambers in Maryland participate in the program.
